Red Rock Music Association encourages artists of all backgrounds to apply. We believe diversity enriches the community and educates us all, sharing our cultures, talents, and our personal perspectives of our region. Artwork selected as the winner will be used as image for the Southern Utah Blues Festival. It will be reprinted as a collectible piece for the festival.
